== INGREDIENTS ==
Chicken Curry Paste 1 pack
Chicken 1 kg
Coconut Milk 100ml
Potato
Salt Depends on own liking
Water 500ml
Meat Curry Powder 1 tbsp
== STEPS ==
1. Wash the potatoes
2. Remove the skin of potatoes
3. Cut the potatoes into smaller pieces
4. Add potatoes into boiling water
5. Cook it for 15 mins or until it half-cooked
6. Heat up cooking oil
7. Curry paste stir fry under medium heat until fragrance
8. Stir occasionally to avoid burning
9. Add in chicken
10. Stir occasionally
11. Add 1 tbsp meat curry powder
12. Stir occasionally
13. Add in potatoes
14. Stir it
15. Add in 500ml water
16. Amount of salt to be added according to own liking
17. Wait for it to boil
18. Cover lid, simmer in medium heat for 30 mins or till cooked

3. 把马铃薯切块
4. 把马铃薯加入煮滚的水
5. 马铃薯煮15分钟或半熟
6. 热锅,加入适量的食用油
7. 咖喱酱料以中火翻炒至冒出香味
8. 持续翻炒避免烧焦
9. 加入鸡肉块
10. 持续翻炒
11. 加入 1 汤匙肉类咖喱粉
12. 持续翻炒
13. 加入 马铃薯
14. 搅拌均匀
15. 加入 500毫升水
16. 盐克随个人口味决定份量
17. 煮滚
18. 盖锅,以中火煮30分钟或煮熟为止
