Traditional Sambal Prawns | 传统叁拜虾辣椒虾

Sambal prawns is a popular Malay or Nyonya prawn dish that is much-loved by many people. Made with a sambal paste and flavoured with belacan (Malaysian shrimp paste), the gravy of sambal udang is best when drizzled on a serving of steaming hot rice.
== INGREDIENTS ==
Prawns
Tamarind paste
Chilli paste 2 tbsp
Sugar
Salt
== STEPS ==
1. Mix tamarind with water
2. Heat up cooking oil
3. Add in chilli paste
4. Saute until fragrant under low heat
5. Stir occasionally to avoid burning
6. Stir until the prawns turns colour
7. Add in tamarind water
8. Add sugar
9. Add salt
10. Leave it for around 1.5 mins and its done
11. It’s ready!
传统叁拜虾辣椒虾
叁巴虾是一种峇峇娘惹菜肴,最早由15和16世纪的中国移民后代发明。叁巴虾就是用叄巴酱调味的虾,里面还加入了罗望子汁,最终的味道为酸辣味。
==材料==
虾
阿叁膏
辣椒酱 2 汤匙
糖
盐
==步骤==
1.叁膏加一点温水然后搅拌均匀
2.热锅,加入适量食用油
3.加入辣椒酱料
4.用小火翻炒辣椒酱料至香
5.持续翻炒避免烧焦
6.翻炒至虾变颜色为止
7.加入阿叁膏水
8.加糖
9.加盐
10.煮1.5分钟
11. 上菜啦
