== INGREDIENTS ==

Garlic 200g

Oil 400ml



== STEPS ==

1. Put the garlic inside the blender

2. Minced the garlic

3. Heat up the cooking oil

4. Add in garlic to cold oil slowly

5. Keep stirring the garlic to prevent stick to bottom of wok

6. Remove the garlic oil when about 80% turn brownish

7. It will continue cooking in the heated oil

蒜头 200克

油 400毫升


==步骤==

1. 把蒜头倒进搅拌机内

2. 蒜头搅碎

3. 热锅,加入油

4. 慢慢把蒜头加入油里

5. 持续搅拌避免蒜头黏锅底

6. R把蒜头捞起当它炸至80%金黄色

7. 蒜头会持续炸在热油里
