Hua Diao Wine 1 1/2 tbsp

Sugar 1/2 tbsp

== STEPS ==

1. First, remove pork belly’s skin

2. Pork belly cut into slices

3. Spring Onion cut into pieces

4. Ginger cut into pieces

5. Garlic cut into pieces

6. Heat up wok and add in sesame oil

7. Add in ginger

8. Stir-fry until slightly brown

9. Add in garlic

10. Stir it occasionally

11. Add in pork belly

12. Stir-fry till medium rare

13. Add in chicken stock

14. Stir it

15. Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp

16. Stir it

17. Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp

18. Stir it

19. Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp

20. Stir it

21. Hua Diao Wine 1 1/2 tbsp

22. Sugar 1/2 tbsp

23. Stir it

24. Add in spring onion

25. Stir it

26. Add in water

27. Turn heat to high

28. Cook until it boils

29. Taste check. Adjust fit to suitable taste.
