Stir-Fried PORK BELLY in DARK SOY SAUCE |【阿嬷食谱】小孩最爱黑酱油炒猪肉


My mom used to cook this for us when we were little. This is definitely a childhood memory dish for me.



== INGREDIENTS ==

Dark Soy Sauce 2 tbsp

Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp

Sugar 2 tbsp

Sesame Oil 1 tbsp

Pepper

Garlic

Pork Belly 200g


== STEPS ==

1. Firstly, cut garlic into minced.

2. Cut pork into smaller pieces.

3. Add all ingredients into a bowl.

4. Stir it and leave it marinade for 30mins.

5. After 30mins, pour suitable amount of oil to heat wok.

6. Add in the marinated pork belly and stir-fry till it medium rare.

7. Pour in hot water and make sure the water level covered meat.

8. Cover the wok and turn to middle heat around 25mins (recommended stirring every 5-10mins) 9. After 25mins, stir-fry until sauces been absorbed in the meat.

10. Serve it!

黑酱油猪肉是让人想念的一道家乡菜。卖相也许不佳,但是充满家的味道。黑溜油亮,软嫩,酱汁浓,绝对是小孩最爱。来看看视频,学阿嬷的食谱黑酱油炒猪肉。



==材料==

黑酱油 2 汤匙

生抽 2 汤匙

糖 2 汤匙

麻油 1 汤匙

胡椒粉

蒜头

五花肉 200克


==步骤==

1. 蒜头切碎备用。

2. 将五花肉切块。

3. 把所有材料和五花肉倒入一个碗。

4. 搅拌均匀然后腌制 半小时。

5. 倒入适量的油热锅。

6. 加入五花肉翻炒至三分熟。

7. 倒入水(水量大约盖着五花肉)。

8. 盖上锅盖然后中火焖煮大约25分钟, 期间开盖搅拌以便均匀。

9. 翻炒到酱汁已吸收到肉里即可。

10. 上菜啦!
