Steamed Pork Belly with Salted Fish | 咸鱼蒸花肉片


Steamed Pork Belly with Salted Fish is one of a popular Cantonese dish among older Chinese folks. The smell of the pungent yet aromatic salted fish made its way down the hallway, the family would start setting the table in preparation for dinner. It was as if the aroma was silently announcing that dinner was almost ready.



== INGREDIENTS ==

Salted Fish 2 pcs

Pork Belly 300g

Ginger

Garlic Oil 2 tbsp

Sugar 1/2 tsp

Pepper



== STEPS ==

1. Remove the pork belly skin

2. Cut the pork belly into pieces

3. Remove the ginger skin and cut into pieces

4. Remove the salted fish skin and bone

5. Cut into smaller pieces

6. Arrange pork belly slices into steaming tray

7. Scatter the salted fish

8. Scatter the ginger

9. Add in sugar

10. Add in pepper

11. Mix it

12. Drizzle the garlic oil on it

13. Steam it with bloiling water for 20 mins (cover it)

14. It’s ready




咸鱼蒸花肉片



咸鱼蒸花肉片是一道菜特别开胃,看似简单 但其特点是连汁都不会放过。蒸出来的肉吸收了咸鱼的咸鲜味,一口咬下去美味甘香 油而不腻。



==材料==

咸鱼 2片

五花肉 300克

蒜头油 2 汤匙

糖 1/2 茶匙

胡椒粉



==步骤==

1. 把猪皮切掉

2. 把五花肉切片

3. 把姜皮削掉然后把它切丝

4. 咸鱼去皮去骨

5. 把咸鱼切碎

6. 把猪肉片排在蒸盘上

7. 撒上咸鱼肉

8. 撒上姜丝

9. 加入糖

10. 加入胡椒粉

11. 搅拌均匀

12. 加入蒜头油

13. 放入水滚蒸锅内,加盖,大火蒸20分钟

14. 上菜啦
