== INGREDIENTS ==
Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Wolfberry 1 tbsp
Red Dates 8 pcs
Angelica (Dang Gui) 5 pcs
Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Shao Xing Wine 1 1/2 tbsp
Salt According to own liking
== STEPS ==
1. First, combine all ingredients and seasoning then marinade for 30mins.
2. Put it in the steaming dish.
3. After the water is boiling, steam the chicken at high heat for 30mins or until the chicken is cooked.
4. After the chicken is fully cooked, it is finally ready to be served.

==材料==
蚝油 1大匙
枸杞 1大匙
红枣 8粒
当归 5片
麻油 1小匙
绍兴酒 1 1/2大匙
盐 适量
==步骤==
1. 将全部材料加入调味料搅拌均匀,腌30分钟
2. 放入蒸盘中
3. 待热水沸腾后,大火蒸30分钟,至鸡肉熟即可取出
4. 待鸡肉块煮熟后,终于上菜啦
