If you want to taste the hot and spicy flavor without the sweaty heat of huddling over a boiling pot of hot broth when dinning, dry pot is your best choice. Dry pot, developed from hot pot, has the same intense spicy flavor but no boiling broth, just as its name implies.



== INGREDIENTS ==

Basic Stir Fry Sauce 1 pack

Noodles

Broccoli

Pork Belly

Baby Corn

Coriander

Enoki Mushroom

Lotus Root

White Raddish

Spring Onion

Ginger

Garlic

Dry Chillies

Light Soy Sauce



== STEPS ==

1. Cut the broccoli,pork belly, baby corn, white raddish, lotus root, spring onion, dry chillies, coriander, ginger, garlic cut into pieces

2. Boil the broccoli, small corn, lotus root, white raddish and noodles

3. Heat up cooking oil

4. Add in garlic, ginger, dry chillies, spring onion

5. Add in basic stir-fry sauce

6. Sauté until fragrant under low heat

7. Add in pork belly

8. Cook the pork belly until 50-60% done

9. Add in broccoli and small corn

10. Add in lotus root and white raddish

11. Stir occasionally

12. Add in noodles

13. Stir occasionally

14. Add in enoki mushroom

15. Stir occasionally

16. Cover lid, simmer in medium heat for 2 mins

17. Add in coriander and stir it

==步骤==

1. 把西兰花切块

2. 五花肉切片

3. 小玉米切块

4. 白萝卜切片

5. 莲藕切片

6. 青葱切块

7. 干辣椒切块

8. 芫荽(香菜)切块

9. 把姜切块

10. 蒜头切块

11. 把西兰花和小玉米烫熟

12. 把莲藕和白萝卜烫熟

13. 把面烫熟

14. 热锅,加入适量食油

15. 加入蒜头,姜,干辣椒,青葱

16. 加入麻辣香锅酱料

17. 用小火炒麻辣香锅酱料至香

18. 加入猪肉片

19. 五花肉炒至半分熟

20. 加入西兰花和小玉米

21. 加入莲藕和白萝卜

22. 持续翻炒

23. 加入面

24. 持续翻炒

25. 加入金针菇

26. 持续翻炒

27. 搅匀后盖锅,以中火煮 2分钟

28. 加入芫荽,搅拌均匀

29. 上菜啦
