Easy Black Soy Sauce Fried Noodles | 简易黑豉油炒面


Hokkien Mee is popular in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore. Some versions are broth-based noodle soups, while others are stir-fried. The common thread, however, is the soft, chewy yellow egg noodles. While they are very similar to classic lo mein noodles, they can be cooked in many different ways.



== INGREDIENTS ==

Yellow Noodles 250g

Pork Belly 100g

Choy Sum

Dark Soy Sauce 2 tbsp

Light Soy Sauce 3 tbsp

Sugar

Pepper

Garlic

Corn Starch



== STEPS ==

1. Cut the chop sum into pieces

2.Cook yellow noodles with hot water for 30s

3.Drain it

4.Heat up the cooking oil

5.Add minced garlic

6.Cook until slightly brown

7.Add in pork belly and cook for another 1 min

8.Add dark soy sauce about 2 tbsp

9.Add light soy sauce about 2 tbsp

10.Stir occasionally

11.Add water

12.Wait for it to boil

13.Wait for it to boil

14. Stir occasionally

15.Add in yellow noodles

16.Add in more water until it cover yellow noodles

17.Close the lid for around 2 mins

18.Add in choy sum

19.Close the lid for around 1 mins

20.Add in corn starch mix with water to thicken the gravy

21.It’s done





简易黑豉油炒面



福建炒麵是一種源于吉隆坡的華人傳統麵食,也是當地的代表性美食之一,在吉隆坡當地人一般都稱之為福建麵或稱福建炒。福建炒面一般多使用鹼水黃麵配上豬油、蝦子、黑醬油、豬肉片、花枝、高麗菜、豬骨高湯等材料燜炒,使用的時候搭配參巴辣椒醬,在吉隆坡一帶的華人社群是非常流行的麵食,在一些路邊攤或炒粉店都可找到它的蹤影,當地人認為最好的福建炒麵是需要使用炭火來煮炒



==材料==

黄面 250克

猪肉片 100克

菜心

黑酱油 2 汤匙

生抽 1 汤匙

胡椒粉

蒜头

粟米粉



==步骤==

1. 把菜心切片

2.用热水煮黄面30秒

3.把水倒掉

4.热锅,加入适量的油

5.加入切好的蒜头

6.炒至金黄色

7.加入猪肉片翻炒1分钟

8.加入黑酱油大约2汤匙

9.加入生抽大约2汤匙

10.持续翻炒

11.加入水

12.等酱汁煮滚

13.等酱汁煮滚

14. 持续翻炒

15.加入黄面

16.加入适量的水盖过黄面

17.关盖大约2分钟

18.加入菜心

19.关盖大约1分钟

20.加入粟米粉水以增加浓度

21.上菜啦
