Char Siu 【叉烧】EASIEST recipes CHINESE BBQ PORK for BEGINNERS | 如何轻松制作叉烧初学者 2021

Char siu is a Cantonese style of barbecued pork. It is eaten with rice, or used as an ingredient for noodle dishes or stir fries, or as a filling for chasiu baau. Five-spice powder is the primary spice, honey or other sweeteners are used as a glaze, and the characteristic red color comes from the red yeast rice when made traditionally.

In Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia, Thailand, and Vietnam char siew rice is found in many Chinese shāolà (烧腊) stalls along with roast duck and roast pork. The dish consists of slices of char siu, cucumbers, white rice and is drenched in sweet gravy or drizzled with dark soy sauce.



== INGREDIENTS ==

Garlic Salt 1 tbsp

Brown Sugar 4 tbsp

Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp

Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp

Hoisin Sauce 1 tbsp

Red Wine 1 1/2 tbsp

Shao Xin Wine 1 tbsp

Fermented Bean Curd 1 1/2 pc

Five Spice Powder 1 tsp

Honey 3 tbsp



== STEPS ==

1. First, cut pork shoulder into long strips

2. Use fork to poke it

3. So when we marinate it, meat will absorb the flavour better

4. Now, preparing marinade for pork

5. 1 tablespoon Garlic Salt

6. 4 tablespoon Brown Sugar

7. 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce

8. 2 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce

9. 1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce

10. 1 1/2 tablespoon Red Wine

11. 1 tablespoon Shao Xin Wine

12. 1 teaspoon Five Spice Powder

13. 1 1/2 pieces Fermented Bean Curd

14. Mix well

15. Place the meat into a ziploc bag

16. Pour the marinade sauce into it

17. Massage the pork about 2 mins

18. Put it into refrigerator for 8 hours

19. After taking out fromrefrigerator, let it rest for half hours

20. Place aluminium foil on baking pan

21. Place the meat on it

22. Add some marinade sauce on it

23. Add 2 tablespoon water

24. Preheat oven at 210°C

25. Placing pork into oven

26. Cook for 15 mins at 210°C

27. Meanwhile,, prepare 3 tablespoons honey

28. Add 2 tablespoon water

29. Mix well

30. Take it out and turn it into another side

31. Add in marinade sauce on it

32. Placing pork into oven

33. Cook for 15 mins at 210°C

34. Take it out and apply honey on it

35. Placing pork into oven

36. Cook for 10 mins at 210°C

37. Take it out and turn into another side

38. Apply honey on it

39. Placing pork into oven

40. Cook for 8 mins at 210°C

41. Cook for 8 mins at 210°C

42. Cut it into slices

叉燒源於中國廣東,是廣東省、香港和澳門等地常見的食材。傳統的叉燒是用豬肉以叉子放在爐火上烤製而成。近年亦流行用家庭小烤箱或者光波爐來烤製叉燒。效果與傳統製法相當。


==材料==


大蒜盐 1 汤匙

黑糖 4 汤匙

蚝油 2 汤匙

生抽 2 汤匙

海鲜酱 1 汤匙

红酒 1 1/2 汤匙

绍兴酒 1 汤匙

南乳 1 1/2 块

五香粉 1 茶匙

蜜糖 3 汤匙



==步骤==


1. 首先,把猪肩切成条形

2. 用叉子戳它

3. 这样腌的时候,猪肉比较容易吸收味道

4. 现在开始准备猪肉腌制料

5. 一汤匙蒜盐

6. 四汤匙黑糖

7. 两汤匙蚝油

8. 两汤匙生抽

9. 一汤匙海鲜酱

10. 一汤匙半红酒

11. 一汤匙绍兴酒

12. 一茶匙五香粉

13. 一块半南乳

14. 搅拌均匀

15. 把肉放在储物袋

16. 把腌制料放进内

17. 把按摩猪肉两分钟

18. 把猪肉放进冰箱8小时

19. 猪肉从冰箱取出来后, 放在外面半小时

20. 铺铝箔纸在烤盘上

21. 把肉排在烤盘上

22. 加入一些腌制料

23. 加两汤匙水

24. 预热烤箱210度

25. 把猪肉放进烤箱里

26. 烤15分钟210度

27. 等待当儿,准备3汤匙蜜糖

28. 加入两汤匙水

29. 搅拌均匀

30. 拿出来然后再翻另外一边

31. 再加一些腌制料

32. 把猪肉放进烤箱

33. 烤15分钟210度

34. 取出来涂上蜜糖

35. 把猪肉放进烤箱

36. 烤10分钟210度

37. 取出来翻另一边

38. 涂上蜜糖

39. 把猪肉放进烤箱

40. 烤8分钟210度

41. 烤8分钟210度

42. 把叉烧切片

43. 上菜啦
